TS Skin Care wants to ensure your health and safety. Our resolve to provide a safe space for wellness and healing has never been stronger. Please review our health and safety guidelines in accordance with those established by the CDC.

What you can expect from us:

Healthy Team Members: Each team member will perform daily temperature and wellness checks before arriving to the office.

Spa Cleanliness

  • Daily Cleaning Crew: Our daily cleaning crew sanitizes, cleans, and ensures health and safety regulations are met everyday. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our office.
  • Sanitizing Common Spaces and Bathrooms: All staff members continuously disinfect and sanitize common spaces and bathrooms for all guests to enjoy worry-free. We regularly disinfect doorknobs, chairs, credit card terminals, desk spaces, phones, and other highly-handled and utilized items to maintain a clean environment throughout the day and after each guest.
  • Fresh, Clean Laundry: TS Skin Care’s laundry protocols include a 3-step method to avoid any contagion. We overnight-soak and double-wash all linens with potent, hypoallergenic cleansing agents under high temperatures.
  • Cleaning After Each Guest: Our aestheticians follow strict sanitation protocols after each guest in addition to using medical-grade gloves and following frequent hand-washing protocols. We utilize the highest quality, hospital-grade disinfectants to sanitize surfaces including, but not limited to, your treatment bed, magnifying lamp, steamer tables, and other surfaces that are touched.

Protective Equipment: Masks worn during treatments and gloves worn during extractions.

Cancellation Fees: Our management team understands the importance of maintaining your health and isolating yourself from others, if necessary. If you are feeling ill, our team will advise you to stay home and will work with you if there happens to be a violation to our regular cancellation policy.

What we ask of you:

Healthy Clients: Refrain from entering the spa if you are unwell, or have had close contact with a confirmed or probable COVID-19 case.

Social Distancing: Give fellow clients their space and follow spa social distancing requests. We request that all clients come to appointments alone; please do not bring family members or friends.

Limited Contact Checkout: Pay virtually and hands-free with your card on file. Chip input or swipe on credit card terminals are disinfected after each use.
