Spa Coordinator - Part-time

We are looking for a spa coordinator!

Immediate opening for a Spa Coordinator at TS Skin Care in Orlando, FL.

We have been in business since 1998 and recently tripled the size of our medical spa. We are searching for a long term, stable candidate. Ideally, we will hire an individual with the potential for growth that will take this as a career opportunity rather than a job.

We are a holistic medical spa which specializes in treating problematic skin. Our acne treatments profoundly change people’s lives. We are committed to helping others, you must share this commitment and find fulfillment in doing meaningful work.

Applicant Guidelines

Compensation: pay will start at $15 per hour. After 3-month training period, hourly wage will increase based on performance and may also be supplemented by commissions based on sales.

Availability Requirements
Position will be approximately 20-25 hours per week. Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday and Sunday, a variation of weekdays)

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in customer activities, handle client correspondence and inquiries.
• Anticipate, identify, and ensure guest needs are being met in the best possible way.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front desk answering the phone and coordinating appointments and explain unique treatment process to prospective clients.
• Social media content creation and management of Spa’s Facebook, Instagram, and social outlet accounts.
• Daily management of retail area and processing of sales in POS accurately and timely.
• Effectively and efficiently communicate all guest questions and/or concerns to the Spa Director.
• Perform intake work, taking and processing client data and medical histories.
• Utilizing effective communication skills, promote the Spa’s services and products.
• Ensure spa operations run smoothly.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills are mandatory. (Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop, Windows 10, Dropbox, Word, Excel, Chrome/Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize with a high attention to detail.
• Personable candidate. Must display high energy and be a self- motivated employee.
• Flexible schedule.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in high pressure situations with poise and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills: both verbal and written.
• Professional appearance and comport.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable to change and able to learn new skills and information quickly.
• Google advertising and social media marketing experience is a plus.
