Aesthetician to become an Acne Specialist

During training process ideal candidate will help with front desk operations

We are hiring aestheticians to train as acne specialists!

We are looking for a licensed aesthetician or someone currently enrolled in an esthetics program to assist with front desk operations while undergoing training to become an acne specialist with us. Must be available to work at least 2-3 days per week during training period. Candidate must be available full time within 2-3 months of hire.

We are looking for a candidate that will start out assisting our front desk team and overseeing tasks crucial to our acne clinic operations. We are searching for a long term, stable candidate. Ideally, we will hire an individual with the potential for growth that will take this as a career opportunity rather than a job. Within 6 months of hire, the ideal candidate will transition into working full time as an Aesthetician. Candidate will be given opportunities to assist with front desk operations during first year working as they build clientele.

TS Skin Care specializes in problematic skin and is committed to supporting our clients throughout every step of their acne clearing journey and skin care goals. The right candidate for this position will be empathetic, communicative, and committed to growing with the company in the long-term. Compensation

Pay will start at $17 per hour during training. Pay will increase to $20 per hour once main job responsibilities of front office are learned. Upon successful completion of training, our estheticians can earn up to 75K yearly in commission and sales while growing with us on our team.

Aesthetician Job Requirements

On-Site Training

All new aestheticians on our team are provided training on how to treat acne and problem skin, our specialty! We have a unique, 3-step process that we use with each and every client in order to ensure success and happy customers. New team members undergo a 3 to 5 month, hands-on training period with our company founder and senior staff. During this period, trainees learn our administrative operations, product knowledge, and most importantly the art and science of extractions through hands-on treatments with real clients. In addition to acne treatments our team members are trained in radio frequency micro needling, and custom-blend makeup.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Providing customers with acne treatments, deep pore cleansing services, micro needling RF and custom-blend makeup services.
• Promoting and continuously learning about TS Skin Care’s proprietary product line and services.
• Able to make appropriate and personalized recommendations on facial frequency, product use, and dietary guidelines.
• Providing outstanding customer service at all steps of treatment and ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
• Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism, in both their workspace and appearance.

Front Desk Coordinator 

As the face of the business, we are looking for a cheerful, efficient, and friendly candidate that helps facilitate operations. We need someone who is punctual, well put together, well spoken, and organized. The right candidate can think quickly on their feet making sure operations run smoothly for both our clients and our aesthetics team.

Customer Service

·       Anticipate, identify, and ensure client needs are being met in the best possible way.

·       Maintain a professional presence on the Spa front desk – answering the phone and coordinating appointments for treatments and services in a polite and helpful manner.

·       Ensure appointments and all sales in Orchid Spa Software are accurately and timely processed.

·       Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.

·       Maintain appointment book and calendar through scheduling client appointments and effectively communicate our spa’s unique services and products.

·       Acts as the ambassador of the Spa greeting and welcoming all visitors. Ensure each visitor is acclimated to the standards of spa as well as completes and signs intake forms.

·       Continually monitors spa email, follow-up with client inquiries, appointment requests from website, online orders, and any other email communications.

·       Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize with a high attention to detail.

Office Manager - Full-time

We are looking for an office manager!

Immediate opening for an Office Manager at TS Skin Care in Orlando, FL.

We have been in business since 1998 and recently tripled the size of our medical spa. We are searching for a long term, stable candidate. Ideally, we will hire an individual with the potential for growth that will take this as a career opportunity rather than a job.

We are a holistic medical spa which specializes in treating problematic skin. Our acne treatments profoundly change people’s lives. We are committed to helping others, you must share this commitment and find fulfillment in doing meaningful work.

Applicant Guidelines

Compensation: Pay will start at $20-25 per hour, depending on experience. After 3 month training period base salary will  be 55- 60k per year and supplemented with commission based on sales.

Availability Requirements:  Full time Monday – Friday, occasional Saturday availability.  Position will be approximately 36-40 hours per week.

  • Assist with employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Marketing

  • Develop and maintain the Spa’s marketing strategy and ensure a consistent image is being portrayed.
  • Be proactive in developing publicity opportunities though effective communication and use of media outlets.
  • Maintain and update all necessary internal and external signage.
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Assist with brand’s advertising accounts (Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Print ads, Nextdoor etc.)
  • Assist in any other areas as directed with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed.
